Market54 values your privacy. We will therefore not keep more of your data than is absolutely necessary for thé intended effective functioning of the app. It is however, for example, necessary to store transaction details, when making payments, since it is the intended purpose of the app.

We will not use any of your data or metadata for commercial purposes, nor will we make any of your data available to any third parties, unless explicitly instructed by law.

The details concerning your current app version may be stored in order to ensure compatibility with the current version of the software on our servers. We will also have acces to statistical details provided by the Google store, such as the number of app installations.

Market54 does not require acces to your contacts. The camera function will only be utilized in the event of scanning a QR or bar code. GPS functionality is to help app users with location details of other app users or businesses. The GPS data is not stored or traced on any of our servers.
